Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Infinity Realtor website and platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. About Us

Infinity Realtor is a RERA-registered real estate services platform operating in the Tricity region (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula) and across India.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, submitting a listing, submitting an inquiry, or otherwise using our platform, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You will use the platform only for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.

3. Our Services

Infinity Realtor provides the following services through our platform:

  • Property listings: Browse residential, commercial, and plot properties for sale and rent across India.
  • Property inquiries: Submit inquiries to our agents about specific properties.
  • Listing submission: Registered users and verified partners may submit property listings for publication.
  • Account management: Create and manage your personal profile, saved favourites, and submitted listings.
  • Investment advisory: General information and consultation — not financial advice.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

4. User Accounts

4a. Registration

To access certain features (saving favourites, submitting listings, viewing inquiries) you must register for an account. You may register with an email and password or via Google Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date.

4b. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at info@infinityrealtorgroup.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4c. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.

5. Listing Submissions

Registered users and verified partners may submit property listings subject to the following conditions:

  • All listing information must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
  • You must have the legal right or authorisation to list the property.
  • Listings must comply with applicable laws, including RERA regulations.
  • You must not submit duplicate, fraudulent, or spam listings.
  • Uploaded images and videos must be of the actual property and must not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • We reserve the right to approve, reject, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion without liability.

By submitting a listing, you grant Infinity Realtor a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, promote, and distribute the listing content on our platform and associated marketing channels.

6. Inquiries and Communications

When you submit a property inquiry, you consent to being contacted by Infinity Realtor agents via phone, email, or WhatsApp regarding that property. We will not use your inquiry contact details for unrelated marketing without your explicit consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including the Infinity Realtor name, logo, design, text, photographs, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of Infinity Realtor or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

User-submitted content (listing photos, descriptions) remains your property, but by submitting it you grant us the licence described in Section 5.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings or information.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any organisation.
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our platform without our express written permission.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure.
  • Upload malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.

9. Disclaimers

9a. Property Information

Property listings on our platform are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, Infinity Realtor does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or currency of any listing information. Property prices, availability, and specifications are subject to change. You should independently verify all details before making any property-related decisions.

9b. No Investment Advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice. Consult a qualified professional before making any investment or property purchase decision.

9c. Platform Availability

We strive to maintain continuous platform availability but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Infinity Realtor, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or property transaction losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinity Realtor and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) any content you submit to the platform; or (d) your violation of any applicable law.

Our platform uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own terms and privacy policies:

13. RERA Compliance

Infinity Realtor operates in compliance with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA). Our RERA registration number is PBRERA-SAS79-REA3209. All listed projects that fall under RERA jurisdiction are required to carry a valid RERA registration number. Buyers are advised to verify RERA details on the official Punjab RERA portal before transacting.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh, India.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will indicate the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please stop using the platform.
