2a. Information You Provide Directly

Account registration: name, email address, password (hashed), phone number.
Google Sign-In: name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account — only with your explicit consent via the Google OAuth flow.
Inquiry forms: name, email, phone number, and message when you contact us about a property.
Listing submissions: property details, images, and videos you upload when submitting a listing as a registered user.
Profile updates: any changes you make to your account information.

2b. Information Collected Automatically

Usage data: pages visited, time spent, links clicked, browser type, device type, operating system.
IP address and approximate location: used to provide localised content and detect fraud.
Cookies and local storage: session tokens, currency preferences, and favourites stored locally on your device.

2c. Information from Third-Party Services

Firebase Authentication (Google LLC): manages sign-in and stores authentication tokens securely.
Firebase Firestore: stores your account data, property listings, inquiry records, and saved favourites.
Firebase Storage: stores property images and videos you upload.
Google OAuth 2.0: used for “Sign in with Google”. We receive only your name and email — we do not access any other Google account data.

To create and manage your account.
To respond to property inquiries and connect you with our agents.
To display and manage property listings submitted by you.
To save your favourite properties and sync them across your devices.
To send transactional emails (inquiry confirmations, password resets).
To improve the platform — analysing usage patterns to fix bugs and enhance features.
To comply with applicable laws, including RERA regulations governing real estate transactions in India.
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorised access.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

Our agents and staff: to follow up on inquiries and manage listings.
Google LLC (Firebase): as our cloud infrastructure and authentication provider. Google’s privacy practices are governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
Legal obligations: if required by law, court order, or government authority.
Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the new entity under the same privacy commitments.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use minimal cookies and browser storage:

Authentication tokens: Firebase session cookies to keep you signed in.
Preferences: currency selection stored in localStorage.
Favourites: saved property IDs stored in Firestore (when signed in) or localStorage (when not signed in).

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings, which will sign you out of your account.

6. Data Retention

Account data: retained while your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page, which permanently removes your personal data from our systems.
Inquiry data: retained for up to 3 years for business and legal compliance purposes.
Property listings: retained while listed; deleted listings are removed from our active database promptly.
Uploaded media: images and videos are deleted from Firebase Storage when the associated listing is deleted.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction: update inaccurate or incomplete information via your Profile page or by contacting us.
Deletion: request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
Portability: request your data in a portable format.

We implement industry-standard security measures including Firebase Authentication (JWT-based), HTTPS encryption in transit, Firebase Security Rules to restrict data access, and role-based access controls for administrative functions. 9. Children’s Privacy

Our platform is not directed to children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
